PAYMENT TOP

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards
  • Payments through Paypal and Google Checkout Systems
  • We also accept debit cards with the Mastercard or Visa Logo
  • Money Order
  • Personal Check

Please note: Money Orders and Personal Checks should be made payable to Monkey See Boutique.  Mail them to: 8500 Wolf Trace Lane, Bartlett, TN 38133.  Once your personal check has cleared with our bank, we will ship your order. 

A $10.00 charge is applied to all NSF checks.

SALES TAX CHARGES TOP

Since we are a Tennessee business, orders shipping to an address in Tennessee will be charged 9.25% to cover sales tax for the state of Tennessee {7%} and local sales tax {2.25%}.

If you are not shipping to a location in Tennessee, you will not be charged sales tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY TOP

We are committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. We are consumers & customers too.  We treat you, the way we would want to be treated.  If you need to return or exchange your purchase, we have a couple of guidelines listed below:

  1. Returns/exchanges must occur within 30 days after you receive your purchase to receive a full refund.  Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed and all tags must be attached.
  2. As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items.  Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.  If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect.  We reserve the right to replace, repair, or issue a refund on personalized items, depending on your situation.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  
To return an item(s):
  1. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.  Monkey See Boutique cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our return address.
  2. Please email us at monkeyseeboutique@mail.com to get an authorization for a return.
All gift returns are for exchange only.  Please email us at monkeyseeboutique@mail.com for instructions for gift return exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS TOP

To cancel or change an order, please email us at monkeyseeboutique@mail.com call 757.339.5916.

We make every effort to accommodate you, however due to the personalized nature of most of the products we carry, once you place your order, it is a commitment to proceed with your order based on your custom specifications.  This is why your credit card is charged the full amount at the time your order is placed.   Although we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has gone into production, we will try.  If by chance it can be canceled, a store credit will be provided.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TOP

 

We do everything in our power to get products shipped to you as soon as possible.  However, around the busy season {holidays} production and shipping can take longer.

Since most of our products are handmade, personalized, monogrammed, or appliqued ~ this means they are custom made-to-order products. Please allow at least two to three weeks for delivery. This does not include weekends ~ only working days Monday through Friday. In some cases, lead time is longer and will be noted on the products description. 

Do you have a time constraint?  If you are concerned about a product arriving in time because it is a gift ~ please contact us before purchasing your product(s) for a shipping time frame and if a RUSH option is available. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Non-personalized products will ship within 1-2 weeks.  If you need a product by a certain date, please contact us for availability and rush services.

In some situations, items ordered together will arrive separately.

Whether your order is shipped through the USPS or Fed Ex {our prefered shipping methods} we cannot be held responsible in any way for any shipping delays.  Once it leaves our studio or a vendor we cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package.

Our delivery charges only apply to the U.S and Canada.  Additional charges are required for international or expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping is available through special arrangements and does require additional payment. Please contact us at monkeyseeboutique@mail.com if you would like an expedited shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TOP

Yes, we do ship internationally.  Orders from Canada, ship using the same US rates applied in the shopping cart. 

We charge exact shipping for international orders.  After placing your order, we will weigh your products and send you a separate invoice charging you the shipping rate to your overseas location.  On the invoice you will receive a credit for the US/Canadian rates that were applied in our shopping cart during checkout process.  You will only pay the difference between the shipping rates.  The free shipping over $100.00 only applies to US domestic mail orders.

We will not ship the order until this separate invoice to cover international shipping is paid in full.

If you would like an estimate for international shipping charges, please email us at monkeyseeboutique@mail.com and we will send you estimated international shipping charges.

Please note: it is cheaper to mail everything at one time.  If you are interested in several products, we strongly encourage you to purchase them together for better shipping rates.

APO/FPO SHIPPING TOP

Orders shipping to APO/FPO address will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.  Please allow for extra delivery time.

BACKORDERS TOP

We try our best to keep our inventory & website updated.  In the event that a product is out of stock, shipping may be delayed.  We will contact you if something is backordered or out of stock.

If a product(s) is backordered or out of stock, we will give you the following options:

  • complete refund
  • offer some suggestions for a similar item
  • give you an estimated date for shipment once the item is no longer on backorder

For orders consisting of multiple items, in-stock items will ship immediately and items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are received in stock.  You will only be charged shipping once, based on the initial order amount.  

We will notify you via email in the event of any shipping delay.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED TOP

We guarantee your order will be printed or made to your exact specifications, or we will replace it FREE of charge.

If you receive your item and it is done correctly, but you're not happy with the choices you made, we will remake the item(s) with your new specifications at 25% off the original cost of the product(s).

GIFT WRAPPING TOP

We wrap most of our orders with a cellophane gift wrap, coordinating ribbon or raffia, and a Monkey See Boutique sticker or tag.  This allows easy gift giving for you!  This is a service we offer at no extra charge.  Other products such as large ceramics, personalized melamine and items shipping directly from one of our vendors will arrive in a protective wrapping only.  For an additional fee of $2.50, these items can be sent in a gift box with wrapping.

If you would like gift box wrapping, please let us know under the section {A Special Request}  during check out and we will contact you regarding the fee and payment.

If you are shipping the gift to a different address than your own, you may provide a gift message and we will include it in the box.  No pricing or order forms will be included in any products purchased for gifting.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY TOP

Please understand we are a small boutique and not a mass retailer.  We do not update our inventory daily.  If you place an order and the product is out of stock, we will email or call you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative or expected arrival of our restocking shipment.  Before placing an order, you may also email us at monkeyseeboutique@mail.com to check the availability of an item before you place your order.

Backorders and restocking shipments are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control and products are subject to change.

All of our payments are collected on a secure server.  We use Secure Sockets Layer {SSL} technology that guarantees shopping on monkeyseeboutique.com is secure.

When you enter your personal information on our website, the SSL encrypts all your personal information to include your name & address.

We process all credit card payments {Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express} using Authorize.Net.  They process our credit cards using secure servers and they are the one of the best in the payment industry. We also give you the option to make direct cash or credit card payments through Paypal & Google Check Out Systems.  If you use Paypal or Google, your payment is processed directly through Paypal and/or Google's secure servers.

PRIVACY POLICY TOP

Customer security is a top priority for us.  We have taken steps to maintain your privacy.  This includes ~ not selling or renting out our customers information to any company.  All information collected is used for processing your order only.
