This adorable Witch Hat and Tutu set is perfect for halloween and beyond as a pretend play set.  The witches hat is embellished with ribbons, feather boa and a ribbon rose.  The tutu is made of yards and yards of purple and green tulle.

Some measuring tips:

For the witches hat ~ use a flexable measuring tape of string of ribbon.  Wrap around the child's head just above the ear and eyebrow.  Hats contain an elastic band that can be tightened.

• Toddler hat will fit a head measuring 17" to 19"
• Child hat will fit a head measuring 19.5" to 23"

For the tutu ~ tutu's contain elastic waist band that will grow with your child's waist.

• Infant size will fit 17" to 19" waist
• Toddler size will fit 19" to 21" waist
• Girls Size will fit 21" to 23" waist
