All product descriptions have an estimated turnaround/lead time. Monkey See Boutique and our vendors make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. Most products on monkeyseeboutique.com are custom made to order in small studios. Attention to detail on these personalized, custom made products require time. Larger orders could take longer than the posted lead time. All lead times posted are estimates. Need a rush order? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for availability. We will do our best to meet your timeline.

Have a large order? You can call 757.339.5916 or email the order details to email@example.com. We can set up a custom listing for your order. For large orders (12 or more of the same item) we can offer a group discount.

| Traditional Monogram | The traditional monogram features the woman's first name initial on the left, middle name initial on the right and the last name initial larger in the center. The traditional monogram is the most popular. Example: Jane Doe Smith in a traditional monogram would read jSd.
| Block Monogram | The block monogram is traditional for a male monogram. The order for this monogram is first name, middle name, last name. All initials are the same size. Example: John Mitchell Smith in a block monogram would read JMS.
| Couples Monogram | Couples monograms are popular today for engagement, wedding & housewarming gifts. For a couples monogram, the correct for order for initials is: female initial to the left, male initial to the right and last name initial in the middle.
Example: Carrie and Alex Evans in a couples monogram would read cEa.

All clearance sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES -
We are committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. We are consumers & customers too. We treat you, the way we would want to be treated. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, we have a couple of guidelines listed below:
Returns/exchanges must occur within 30 days after you receive your purchase to receive a full refund for the product (less shipping & handling charges). Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed and all tags must be attached.
On returns over $200.00, a restocking fee of 25% is required.
If you choose to have a store credit instead of a refund, we will waive the 25% restocking fee on returns over $200.00.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect. We reserve the right to replace, repair, or issue a refund on personalized items, depending on your situation. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We make every effort to accommodate you, however due to the personalized nature of most of the products we carry, once you place your order, it is a commitment to proceed with your order based on your custom specifications. This is why your credit card is charged the full amount at the time your order is placed. Although we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has gone into production, we will try. If we cannot cancel an order, a store credit will be provided.
- SHIPPING POLICY-
We do everything in our power to get products shipped to you as soon as possible after your order is placed on the website. Lead times posted on each product listing are estimates and do not include shipping transit time. You can experience delays in lead time on larger orders and around major holidays.
Since most of our products are handmade, personalized, monogrammed, or appliqued which means they are custom made-to-order products. Time is required to produce the item and depending on order volume or the quantity ordered your order may take more time to complete.
Do you have a time constraint? If you are concerned about a product arriving in time because it is a gift ~ please contact us before purchasing your product(s) for a shipping time frame and if a RUSH option is available. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

In some situations, items ordered together will arrive separately.
Whether your order is shipped through the USPS or Fed Ex, we cannot be held responsible in any way for any shipping delays. Once it leaves our studio or a vendor we cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package.
Our delivery charges only apply to the U.S. ONLY. They include Priority Mail & Ground shipping only. Additional charges are required for international or expedited shipping.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO address will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Please allow for extra delivery time.
Expedited shipping is available through special arrangements and does require additional payment. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like an expedited shipping quote.

- TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS -
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Monkey See Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Monkey See Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Monkey See Boutique shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
